About the Role

ENCES Marketing is a design, video and digital marketing agency working with brands across logistics, packaging, IT, e-commerce and more in Canada, the UAE, India and the US. We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring brands to life — from animated social posts and reels to logo animations and video ads. You’ll work directly with our design and marketing team across multiple client accounts, turning creative briefs into scroll-stopping motion content.

What You'll Do

Design motion graphics and animated posts for client social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Edit short-form video content – reels, promos, ads and explainers
Create logo animations, intros/outros, lower thirds and animated typography
Convert static brand creatives and carousels into animated versions
Export production-ready deliverables in multiple formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
Manage multiple client projects and hit weekly content deadlines

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of motion design / video editing experience (a strong portfolio can outweigh years)
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong sense of timing, easing, transitions and typography animation
A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your range
Reliable home workstation and stable internet (this is a fully remote role)
