What is the discovery call used for?

Our discovery call is a focused 15-minute discussion to understand your upcoming design and video needs, request volume, and technical requirements. We evaluate which plan matches your goals, verify pod availability, and review our collaborative workflow so you know exactly what to expect before subscribing.

How does billing and cancellation work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date with zero hidden cancellation penalties. We do not offer a pause option at this time. If a seven-day trial is offered, scheduling a discovery call is required to review scope, align expectations, and activate the trial.

How many requests can we submit at once?

You can add unlimited requests to your pending queue. Work is actively delivered based on your subscription: the Graphics plan includes 2 active requests at a time, the Video plan includes 1 active request, and the Combined plan includes 1 graphics request plus 1 video request active simultaneously. As soon as one deliverable is completed and approved, the next request moves into active production.

How are turnaround times and revisions handled?

Delivery timelines depend on the scope, complexity, and specifications of each deliverable, agreed transparently upfront. Subscriptions include reasonable revisions within the original agreed brief to ensure your assets meet professional standards. Agreed production files are provided upon deliverable approval, subject to applicable third-party licensing.
